Complete Production Lines

Our Machines

Engineered for nonwoven production — from raw fiber to finished roll.

MAGG Felt Production Lines

Each MAGG machine is designed to work as part of an integrated line. We configure fiber prep, carding, cross-lapping, and needle punching to match your target weight, width, and throughput.

Needle Punching Machine

Needle Punching Machine

High-speed needle looms built to your specifications. Custom working widths up to 10+ meters, with adjustable penetration depth via needle length selection.

  • Custom working widths — from standard to 10+ meters
  • Adjustable stroke frequency and penetration depth
  • Every machine configured to your output requirements
Carding Machine & Cross Lapper

Carding Machine & Cross Lapper

Precision carding and cross-lapping for uniform web formation across the full working width. Servo-driven cross-lapper available as an upgrade.

  • Uniform web weight distribution
  • Standard or servo-driven cross-lapper (optional)
  • Low maintenance, long-life card clothing
Fiber Preparing Machines

Fiber Preparing Machines

Automated fiber blending with gravimetric dosing as standard. Scale the number of bale opener feeders to match your raw material count — from 2 components up.

  • Gravimetric dosing on every unit — standard, not optional
  • Scalable feeder count for multi-component blending
  • Continuous, even feeding to the card

The OPTIMA Innovation

Two old technologies. One new answer.

Before OPTIMA, textile waste recycling had two options — each with a fundamental trade-off:

Pin-based systems

Maximum production capacity, but minimum fiber length. Fast throughput at the cost of fiber quality.

Wire-based systems

Maximum fiber length and quality, but minimum production capacity. Great output, slow throughput.

OPTIMA

Combines wire-system fiber quality with pin-system production capacity. Maximum fiber length at maximum throughput.

OPTIMA waste processing line

OPTIMA Waste Processing

Processes all fiber-containing textile waste — knitted, woven, nonwoven. Each machine is optimized at order for your specific waste type, but handles the full range regardless.

A complete OPTIMA line runs on just 120 kW installed power and processes up to 300 tons/month (material dependent).

Optima-1500

Optima-1500

Processes all fiber-containing textile waste — knitted, woven, nonwoven. Each machine is optimized at order time for your specific waste type.

  • Optimized at order for your specific waste type
  • Preserves maximum fiber length for reuse value
  • Industry-leading low energy consumption per kg
Canavar-1000

Canavar-1000

First-stage pre-opener for textile waste processing. Breaks down incoming material before the main opening stage — not a cutter, a dedicated pre-opener.

  • First-stage pre-opening for all textile waste
  • High-torque drive for tough material
  • Hardened components for long service life
Silobox

Silobox

Automatic buffer silo with volumetric flow control. Provides steady, metered material flow to downstream machines — eliminating manual feeding.

  • Volumetric discharge control
  • Automated buffering eliminates manual handling
  • Consistent feed rate to downstream equipment

Running at Musan Tekstil A.S. — Karma OSB, Usak. Production line available for viewing.
